Kind Karma Yoga & Holistic Center is inviting you to join us at: "Latta Plantation Nature Preserve" for a FREE YOGA CLASS in the park!
This fun, all-levels yoga class, ends with healing breathing techniques and Awaken With Meditation.
Bring an open mind, a positive mindset, a light heart and a mat*.
*We will have yoga mats to purchase or to use freely.
Date: Saturday, September 25th, 2021.
Address: 5226 Sample Road, Huntersville, NC 28078.
Drive down towards the water and we will be located at "Overflow Parking B".
Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm.
Cost: Free.

3:00pm - 3:45pm: Healing Event with Dr. Dean Telano - Meditation, Qigong, Sound Bath.
4:15pm - 4:45pm: Kind Karma Kids Yoga Class - Halloween Theme!
5:15pm - 6:00pm: Kind Karma Adult Yoga Class - All Levels.
6:15pm - 7:15pm: Reiki Healings Sessions - 15 Minutes.
