This class combines meditation, breathing exercises, gentle yoga stretches and the healing applications of sound therapy. This meditation class is intended to activate your rest-and-digest system and usher your body back to a more natural, calm state. You will learn practical methods to deal with daily stressors and everyday challenges.
With the combined applications of sound therapy, you will feel more relaxed, peaceful and focused. Sound therapy has been known to treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and physical pain.
